All materials, forms ad colours within the scheme will primarily be chosen to integrate with the architectural character of the Newtownbutler Road, it will respect local building materials, sandstone and limestone, by using similar plaster colours
All buildings have good communal space allowing better privacy between the dwellings and enhancing the standard of living for the residents and at the same time increasing the environmental quality of the development.
Easy access will be provided via footpath linkage to the Newtownbutler road to the east and also linking the development to the areas of open space.
